Hi Emma ... Wanted to let you know that the DMC model is one of the best things I have come across in many years of management and what was amazing was that as soon as I pulled out of the car park and received my first phone call from a rep with their daily report I was asking questions based around the whole model which is clearly imprinted on my mind. Because it’s a “map” you are absolutely right to say you can envisage it and work your way round it, in the same way as I have a mental image of the M25 – hope that makes sense! Training is always good but when you realise straight away that’s its actually relevant, practical and memorable then you know you can make a difference and that’s how I feel now, so just wanted to say THANK YOU and keep in touch.
